We have reached out to the Governor’s Clemency Office regarding your grievances. They have forwarded a copy of your email to the Division of Prisons regarding your husband’s medical condition. We also brought this to the attention of the Sheriff’s Dept. and they have researched this matter.
The Clemency Office reports that since the Innocence Clinic at Duke is looking into your husband’s case, you cannot open a request for clemency until that matter has been resolved. The Duke Clinic has an record excellent of getting wrongful convictions brought back into court or before the Innocence Commission.

Please Help this lady, her husband has really bad medical conditions, and has been incarcerated for something that he didn’t do, and they will not do anything to help his medical conditions, there bad enough that he could die. So I’m asking please get the word out to anyone and everyone you can. Thank You and God Bless.
Just wanted to note that he did almost die after his surgery because he was made to wear his shackles right after his surgery and wasn’t allowed to sit on the toilet. At this point, ten weeks since the Oct. 13 surgery, he still has sharp, throbbing pains that have no explanation, and his temperature stays at 97.5. He is not well, but they will do no real diagnostics. I sent off for his medical records on Jan. 1, so we’ll see if they are sending his minimal blood work results. My husband was in very good shape and working out about 2 hours a day before this surgery and can now barely exercise for twenty minutes. Something is terribly wrong with him. Thanks for your help.
